Lean Six Sigma
Lean Six Sigma is a business improvement methodology which combines tools from both Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma. Lean manufacturing focuses on speed and traditional Six Sigma focuses on quality. By combining the two, the result is better quality faster.
Green Belt Training enables employees who take up Six Sigma implementation along with their other job responsibilities. They operate under the guidance of Black Belts and support them in achieving the overall results.

The eLearning Green Belt course provided is a two part process. A theory exam is provided where a certificate is provided automatically on successful completion of the Final Exam. The second part requires students to provide Offline course material based on a project that they have chosen that provides clear examples of the Six Sigma Practices from the theory module being implemented in efficient methods.
